Day-to-day governance of the Group is led by the founder and a small leadership team. The founder operates between the Toronto and New York offices and is reachable via the Rothenbury Group for board, investor, and counterparty correspondence.
Cross-portfolio coordination, board cadence, and operating-partner enablement are managed by the Chief of Staff. Operating partners receive direct support through this office across reporting, governance, and shared-services delivery.
Senior operators across finance, talent, procurement, technology, and integration sit at the Group level and are deployed across the portfolio. Specific assignments are confidential to operating partners and counterparties.
Rothenbury Group keeps leadership identification private as a matter of operating policy. Board introductions and named-leadership engagements are arranged directly through the Rothenbury Group.
